To order from EcoEssentials you can:
1. use our shopping cart,
2. e-mail us,
3. post, phone, or fax your order.

Payment Options

All prices quoted are in Australian dollars.

You can pay for your order by:

1. Visa or Master Card via phone, fax, or our SSL secured server inside the shopping cart

2. Direct Deposit
Once your order is placed, we will email you with our Commonwealth Bank account details.

For past customers, please note that our bank account has recently changed. Please wait for our email with the new account details.

Delivery Information

Our flat postage & handling fee is $4.95. A surcharge of $10 may apply to orders over 3kg shipped to WA, QLD, NT & TAS.

Shipping for orders over $150 (excl. postage) is FREE. There is no surcharge on orders over $150.

Depending on the value and size of your parcel it will be shipped via Australia Post Express or Registered service.

Your order will be dispatched within 24hrs of cleared payment, unless you are notified otherwise. If you are in a hurry please check with us before ordering - thank you.

Please note:
1. Visa & Master Card payments clear on the same day the payment is made.
2. Direct Bank Deposit made before 4pm clears the very next day (excluding weekends).
3. Money Order/Cheque is cashed/banked on the same day it arrives (please allow 3-5 working days for time in the post, and also an extra 5 days for cheque clearing).

Once your order has been dispatched we will send you a courtesy e-mail including a tracking number for your parcel. You can track your parcel at any time by contacting Australia Post on 13 13 18.

Packaging

The packaging material used by EcoEssentials is either recycled or recyclable. In fact, in most cases, both recycled & recyclable!

Note: glass jars and other easily breakable items may arrive to us inside bubble wrap and are sent to you inside their original wrapping.

If you require gift-wrapping service please purchase enough gift wrap and leave instructions inside 'special requests' box at the checkout.

Returns

We have carefully selected our product range. If you are not happy with your purchase please return it to us within 7 days, unopened and in saleable condition and we will promptly refund your money (the buyer pays for all shipping costs).

Please also note that health regulations prohibit the return of our perishable product range, this includes personal care items & cosmetics.

Contact us first, before returning any items.

Note: parcels without Return Authorisation Number will be sent back to sender.
